Post Apocalyptic WASTELAND
POST APOCALYPTIC WASTELAND is a commanding installation of HINGER’s monumental
freestanding sculptures—each one an extension of his manifesto Post Apocalyptic Visions. The
work channels his fierce critique of humanity’s trajectory, revealing a future shaped by excess,
collapse, and the consequences we refuse to confront.
Rising from a terrain built from thousands of discarded objects, the figures form a vivid,
dystopian world alive with color, movement, and the instinct to survive. Even in ruin, they
search for connection—navigating the wreckage through resilience, collaboration, and the
fragile hope of renewal.
This immersive environment transforms catastrophe into revelation. Fifty life size sculptures
stand as both warning and possibility, their modular forms shifting into new configurations
while maintaining the installation’s intensity. POST APOCALYPTIC WASTELAND invites viewers
into a future forged from our remnants—and challenges us to reconsider the path that leads
there.
